Care for a parrot is like caring for children 5 years old?
Are most in need? lol. Are they more needy then dogs?
Yes they are very needy. Its not like childcare, however. Once you give them a certain amount of attention that must be followed giving the same amount because if it does it could cause to start plucking their feathers and / or have to yell all the time.
